This is a seasoned band that will hold any crowd from start to finish with its confidence, stage presence, musical ability and charm. PORTER has spent many years preparing the perfect set list for your next function - a blend of great songs from the past four decades, which will appeal to all age groups.

With a varied and upbeat song list your guests will have an outstanding evening whether they get up and "bust a move" or sit back and relax. Experienced in "reading the room", PORTER will adjust our music to respond to your needs.

Bio/History

Dave Mousseau
Dave is the groove master that holds down the bottom end in PORTER. He is a versatile seasoned professional able to play any style requested, which is important for our play list. He has over 20 years experience playing professionally and recording. During a performance, he loves to get his "groove on" and works hard on developing new dance steps. Dave is the glue that holds PORTER together.

Haeley Porter
Bringing the feminine touch to PORTER, Haeley's soulful and ultra hip vocals, along with her energetic and charming stage presence, warms any crowd. A graduate of Red Deer College and Capilano College music programs, Haeley's versatile vocals coupled with her dynamic personality are a big part of PORTER. You may even recognize her voice from her voiceover work doing national TV and radio commercials and she also sang the national anthem for the Red Deer Rebels for 13 years!

Pete Vruwink
Pete is a fun loving entertainer with a soulful voice, which complements his powerful, "in the pocket" drumming style. He operates state of the art technology, getting original sounds from his electronic drum kit. Pete has over 20 years touring and recording experience and is a consistent performer. From funky groves to straight ahead rock, and everything in between, Pete is the engine that drives PORTER.

Peter Greaves
Pete has many years of experience playing guitar and is a versatile musician able to play numerous styles. He is a natural talent whose love for entertaining is contagious. He also thinks having a full head of hair is overrated! Pete brings all the hot guitar licks to PORTER.

Matt Waters
Matt is an extraordinary talent whose fun loving attitude brings life to every PORTER show. He sings and plays keyboards making it look easy. Matt creates a broad range of sounds from piano, organ, horns, strings and synthesizer, which helps make every song sound authentic. He has played and taught music professionally for over 20 years. Matt is the crayon that adds colour to PORTER!

Steve Sogge
Steve is our band sound guru, He has more than a decade of experience doing live sound with major touring acts. He has the knack on finding that perfect volume and tone so everyone can enjoy PORTER. Steve is our top secret ingredient that pulls everything together.
