The explanation lies in their live performance, which really captures the essence of what these guys are about. They're quick witted, spontaneous, and full of improvisational fun. So how did this quartet become so creative?

Bio/History

It all began in 1987, when four guys got together and started singing on street corners and in bars, restaurant , private parties and exclusive clubs. They confidently belted out A cappella tunes, daring the management to throw them out or buy them a drink, and generally joking around with anyone they bumped into... and, here's the kicker. No one threw them out. Over the past many years, Standing Room Only have performed throughout Western Canada and have attracted audiences everywhere they go . From Beauty Parlors to Airplanes, Bar Mitzvahs to Hay Rides, from Ski Hills to Golf Carts, Swimming Pools to Shopping Malls, Warehouses and the Top of the Canada Olympic Ski Jump. From Arenas to Schools, Grocery Stores to Departure Lounges, the LRT and Parking Lots, Elevators, Boats, on Horseback, Gravel pits, Locker Rooms, Washrooms (Men's & Ladies), Limousines….Heck, they even performed in the middle of the Number 2 Highway. You just don't know where they might be performing next.
